honestly...
not the most successful bird i ever made
not the most successful dinner either
thankfully it was only 5 of us

it was a hectic, stressful day
and sadly
the spirit of thanksgiving got lost
somewhere between the parsnips and the string beans

sometimes,
the best laid plans...
