Step 1: Who are you?

Your Fotola identity consists of your username and location. Your username is like a nickname for you on the site. Sorry, no punctuation or spaces are allowed in usernames (but _ is). Your location is the city and state (or city and country) where you live.

Step 2: How will we know it's you?

In order to post images on Fotola, you need to "login" or tell the server who you are. Your email address and password will be used to identify you. Also, if you elect to recieve new messages and/or status reports via email, this is the email address to which they will be sent.

Our privacy policy forbids us to use your email address for anything other than this.

Step3: What if you forget your password?

For your protection, passwords are encrypted and will not be sent via email. This hint will be sent instead. Make it as obvious or subtle as you like, but it may not be the same as your password.

Step4: Terms of Service

Our terms are simple:

1. You own, and are responsible for, the copyright on all of your entries.
2. We reserve the right to remove any entry at any time, with notification sent to your email address.
3. We will exercise our right of removal if we determine that an entry is posted in violation of U.S., New York, or Florida law.
    
   • Fotola is not the place for your pornography collection.
   • Blatant plagarism of copyrighted works is not welcome here.
      
4. You agree to let Fotola.com and its visitors rank and categorize any entry, provided the entry itself is not modified.
5. Fotola.com is provided in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. It may break or go away some day. Always keep backups of your images.
