This is the first sushi platter I made. One of my experiments in the kitchen. I thought it was good for a neophyte like me. I did enjoy the sushi. Somebody who loves raw fish would enjoy sashimi or nigiri. I think I am more of an adventurer when it comes to food. I am willing to try anything, If I didn't like it, I just make/alter it to suitt my buds.
