so i was cleaning the squid i bought for dinner
and felt something odd
something bulky
something foreign
in the tube

i didn't want to stick my finger in and pull it out
(like i usually do with the guts)
because it could be...
anything
i was kind of envisioning a small crab
as i worked the lump out of the body

but it wasn't...
