still struggling w/ the same old shit
i can make up all the games i want to get rid of it
and it's still there

latest tactic:
remember when you were a kid
and someone was saying something you didn't want to hear
so you just clapped your hands over your ears
and hummed
or sang lalalalalala
or repeated
over & over
in a very loud voice:
"i can't hear you, i can't hear you"

well it works for those voices in your head
except that you don't need to cover your ears
