i made a watercolor each day in an accordion journal, my intent was to make a little travelog, which i did but also found that as the days went by i found myself increasingly frustrated with my lack of skill as a representational painter this was the last drawing though not the last day of the trip and in fact quite uncharacteristically i did not paint for 3 days... animus - Oct 10, 2011 |
