since i am stalled on cleaning up the studio
i have decided to attack some tech issues
(back ups, upgrades, etc.)
since in the back of my mind
i am beginning to realize
that benign neglect
is becoming a bit dangerous

i have succeeded in making bootable back-ups of my hard drives
but now i find that one can no longer download mountain lion,
it has to be SENT BY SNAIL MAIL!!!!
grrrrr
i am beginning to hate apple's controlling nature
more and more
(seems they are trying to force a maverick upgrade
which i can't do because i'll loose my bento databases)
it's abusive really

any way
it's forcing me to take a little break from the screen
