i do like this song too
but i don't remember paying close attention to the lyrics
(and with lou, i usually do)
so to read them...

well they still make me sad
the sun is so magical to me
things have to be so grim
for me not to be able to respond to it

when coupled with this picture
it looks like the sun just fell out of the sky and died

(kind of like: "everytime a child says 'i don't believe in fairies' a little fairy somewhere drops down dead")

i think i went off on a tangent here
