Did you make it? Would love to read it.
I haven't changed a bit my behavior in terms of my security on the web. I don't really see this as news... the big issue here, i think, it's the officiality in this. Now we have more specific data, targets and the names of companies involved.

and yes i agree,
i haven't changed mine either
at least not because of any fear of being traced/tracked or otherwise monitored;
i figured that was going on anyway...
