About the sometime-will-be-neccessary monthly charge -- I will be all for it should the price be your prescribed $1/month and your service stay the way it is now. However, I have a couple questions:

1) how does the server handle the image attachements? it seems even if I resize to the exact size used on the webpage, the image still suffers some compression outside of what I have done -- is there a display size as well as file size limit on the pictures? If so, what are they/is it? To make some of these pictures really pop, I believe they need to be be represented truest to the submitter's vision.

2) how will the grant system work?

3) have you figured out the ranking mechanism?
