The thing that I like about this photo, besides the dystopian hyper-saturation approach to advertising in Times Square, is how the Grand Opening banner for the camera shop is shouted down by the slicker, more corporate signage around it.

It makes me think that it won't be long before the only thing being retailed on this stretch of broadway will be catchy, eye-grabbing memes. As a landlord, how could you afford to give up this much prime, sidewalk-level frontage?
