Another from the series of night shots of Central Park last week.

They have these huge worklights set up on the west bridle path (near the reservoir) that do wicked things to the lens on my camera-- as well as making the path as bright as day for a 100 foot radius.

Fun toys! I really want to go back now that there is snow on the ground to see if they're still running the lights. Maybe tomorrow...

i get similar things, odd glares and reflections, when i take pictures from my car at night, especially if the windshield is dirty. thanks for the links.

I really like the play of lights here. Always a favorite place of mine. We ran there when we lived in Manhattan...not at night...And,btw, thanks so much for setting up this site.It's a nice alternative to fotolog.
