Beautiful spot Garn.
I bet you could launch a canoe in there and paddle SW and land at the shore below me here. Check your email~ sparkyleigh - Nov 19, 2003 |
We should all have a back yard as such :]

I sent an image via email about 30 mins ago...just to see if it works. No success in uploading the normal way. If you want to try, check my current image, scroll down and read Lotusgreen's instructions. Good luck. :)

Thanks for the heads-up Jim, Quadra sitting might be fun...bring that camera and see what you can find.
That's a drag about your Spam-Guard shit downs, hope you sort that sucker out. I did not have one piece of spam for four years--then they found me and I get about 3 per day. So the hills got some snow--surprise! You won't appreciate this but we are having a serious cold snap and 2 days of strong north winds & rain---even all-grey skies like Van...Today was near a record cold one, I had to close my window for the first time in a year and wore long pants and tonight I even had to put socks on...it never got above 73* F--about 22*c--Had my west coast wool blanket on last night--very rare!! BTW-Thank you for your support of my photos and writing the book I always wanted to do for Clayoquot~ sparkyleigh - Nov 20, 2003 |
Hi Jim, I just discovered that most of my fotolog-friends have a second "leg" here. Not a bad idea - for those times when fotolog does not work.
Nice picture this one. Would not mind to have such a backyard! Although I must admit I have a similar one but without the high trees. In Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern there is nearly more water than land if you look on the map! dimilinchen - Dec 08, 2003 |
