that thing where everything is new
there can be no wrong
because there is no right
there is no expectation
it's just all about discovery

and then,
we find a little path
something that pleases us
and we want to do it again
make it happen all the time
and we are disappointed when it doesn't
and we have forgotten how many times it "didn't" when it was still the beginning,
before it mattered
but now there are boundaries
and benchmarks
