yes, it was fire, it took us the whole night trying to control it, because the fire brigade didn't come..., and it didn't got on because of the intense humidity in the air , which keeps the leaves rather wet at night.

the balloon i'm talking about in that pic., is made of silk colour paper, usually very big and are inflated by a kind of a big torch that is fixed into it, and are very usual in Brasil at this time of the year ; they are forbidden by law, but people goes on with it , and we never know from where they came! they are really beautiful, but danger.
