i always think of buying one of these cheap umbrellas when i walk by them... but then i remember that i like walking in the rain. ;P (also, why settle for a $2.95-$4.95 umbrella when there are 99¢ ones out there somewhere? and who knows.. maybe even 19¢ ones? a girl can dream...)
