this wood board is more than 40 years old........dad made it when i was a little kid................for me to work on it when i grew older.................

my three brothers, my sister and i used to put it on the arms of any armchair to make it serve as a table................our own portable table..................

we used to do our homework there and at the same time we scribbled and painted on it................little by little it became a giant palette full of numbers, words, scrawls...................and abstract coloured strokes.................

none of us has ever painted but in those days we had so much fun using our table as a palette...................the times that mum scrubbed it clean are countless.......................

last winter juanjo started to use it as a table too................to make his own play dough figures...............still bidimensional because he is so so little.............................

and his first work happened to be a play dough palette......................................
