what a beautiful service...

i know,
it really takes a while

i have done it a number of times
and for long periods of time
sometimes "cold turkey"
which was AWFUL

now i try to only have 1 large cup
on the days I go into the studio
that cup is 90% decaf

it seems to be working for me
(but remember even decaf
has caffeine)
