for a few weeks Juanjo has been telling us that he wanted to have his hair cut because it made him sweat a lot.............and feel very hot..............
and yesterday it happened..................
when he first looked at himself on the mirror he felt confused and was about to burst into tears.................
i imagine that he could not recognise himself after boasting about his long blond mane for more that two years.................luckily it just lasted a couple of minutes.....................
the whole thing reminded me of when i cut my hair in the summer of 1997.............it was London............i used to have long blue hair................ all wildly falling down almost to my waist............really really long.............and then i decided that enough was enough....i was fed up.......i wanted to get rid of what keeping your hair long and well-cared of means...........and................i shaved my head............. literally...........with a razor blade...............it was so weird for the very first minutes............i feel naked and so unprotected.............but i have not grown it again since then..............first because i did not feel like it............now becuase i do not have enough hair to let it grow it nicely................
