this is last saturday at one of my favourite tapas bars in cartagena...............

they specialize in all kind of home-made croquettes which are never displayed in this cabinet.....................

they are ordered at such rapid pace that they go straight from the kitchen to your plate without the custormary stop they would enjoy at any ordinary bar...........................
