this is the best fish restaurant in cabo the palos........

we are really traditional and simple when ordering there.......the quality of their food is premium so it needs litlle elaboration........our regular order inclues..............raw tomato + anchovies, cuttlefish croquettes, calamari, and cauldron...................

but...............

as a complimentary snack they served these chunks of sea bass on cauliflower and lamb's lettuce pure...........

and it was superb.................

probably next time there, i will have a braver attitude and order something different.....................
