the yellow things hanging from that pole are cut-outs of the bottom part of bleach bottles.............

somebody had attached them onto the pole with cello tape sot that pedestrians to use them as ashtrays....................there was a handwritten sign (which i forgot to photograph) syaing so................

on the thumb, a corner of the ourdoor patio of the restaurant where we had lunch.................
