the youth council of cartagena's council organizes this program for schools (called 'a participative budget') where students have to decide which things they think their school needs and then vote the most necessary among them...............

these are the proposals of the group of students i tutor at school...........

dragon proposals are those which are too difficult to reach because they are too expensive for the program or because they do not depend on money............they include a school dining room, a vocational training program on cooking, and A levels in our school.........

unicorn proposals are just dreams................they are impossible since they were born............they include a cinema, an interactive games room and a chill out lounge...........

ant proposals are those which may become true..............they include improvements in our school's gym and in the school's outdoor court..........also more benches, new printers and chromebooks,and decorated walls (the students want local artists to spraypaint them).............

our school has a budget of 4000 dollars to be spent this year.........we HAVE TO spend it..........otherwise we must give it back to the youth council................

the final decision is still to be made...................
