it was really pretty out tonight, as long as you looked up at the sky (and not down at the slush), the light was beautiful.
and i've been dealing with light all day: studio light, putting up new fixtures (but one butterfly bolt wouldn't open because there is something blocking it about an inch above the sheet rock), changing the ballast on 2 others (finally found out you just cut and splice the wires, you don't reconnect them to the frame), discovered that more of my bulbs were shot and that the 32 watts that came with the fixtures were energy savers and equivalent to 40 watts (didn't need to go all the way back to the electrical store for that though i did get some free wire nuts out of the deal).
anyway, it should all be done tomorrow and my studio will be flooded with light. also noticed that in 2 weeks, the sun will be high enough to come into the studio in the mornings, :). I keep a lot of strange info in my calendar; stuff like that, when it's shad roe season...
