today i ventured into the dreaded toys 'r us in search of LEGGO for my 5 year old nephew, because the wonderful artsy-fartsy toy stores i normally go to don't carry it. I felt as if i had entered the twilight zone: everyone shopping was zoned, though this is a store there was NO sales help, the one person on the floor who i did encounter, busted me for taking pictures (what could they possibly be afraid of, everything they carry has already been ripped off and is for sale on canal st?) and the LEGGO selection sucked big time.
sorry james, you are going to have to suffer through my creative gift giving ideas in the future.
