some days i am just not comfortable in my own skin

some days i can shake it

today i couldn't, so i tried intensifying the feeling, making it bigger. that got pretty scary: i felt rooted but like my head was going to explode, or maybe it was implode. at any rate it wasn't that much fun and i kept stepping outside of myself and watching what was going on. i think if such an exercise is going to be effective i am going to have to learn to stay in my body even while i am focusing on getting out.

hmmmm, no wonder that was difficult.
