the reality is that i have imbued this detox with some sort of magical power; the result being, that i feel that if i go off of it, i will lose all control, that i will return to a place of non functioning. as long as i maintain it i will be protected.
in actuality all i am doing is losing too much weight, basically starving myself and creating yet another form of an alternate reality to escape into, none of these things are positive.
