i rode into work today
for the first time since before i went to la

between the vertigo and the freezing cold
biking was out of the question

but it was over 40
and there wasn't a question in my mind of what i wanted to do
(but there was a question of if i could do it...
having had basicslly no physical activity for almost 2 months)
