it's getting close
(tho the closer the gets
the further it seems
and
the harder it is to take)

this room is very similar to what it originally was
except that
the ceiling is restored
the fireplace works
the floors are redone

there is central air
(getting turned on today
and not a moment to soon
we are in the middle of another heat wave)

i think the fireplace should be a really deep, rich red
