r.e. for me it is very easy to eat seasonal locally-grown fruit and veg throughout the whole year..........my region, murcia, is nicknamed Europe's orchard because virtually anything is grown here.............the weather is nearly always fine and the quality of the soil is said to be superb............i also try and buy from independent farmers who normally grow bio products..........these are way too expensive, though...........
