Khachapuri (cheese bread)

we went to a Georgian restaurant in Brighton
to have one of G/s favorite things
there are many variations of this,
in summer he gets one called a Guruli,
it is shaped like a crescent moon,
the dough covers the whole thing
and it has a hard boiled egg inside
(along with 4 cheeses)
this one is called Adjaruli
when it comes to the table
they scramble the egg in with the 2 cheeses
so that it becomes one cheesy, eggy mass
in addition to the cheese in the middle,
all of the bread is stuffed with cheese
g/ also had a georgian vodka called chacha
it was very good
and
very strong
this was at about 1pm
we couldn't eat anything else until 9
