What the Egg represents:
A golden heart, full of good
A white, pure essence of being, or “spirit”
A smooth, appealing exterior

Eat one Cadbury Crème Egg per day
When eaten, the Egg should be taken in moderate bite by moderate bite
Each bite should be allowed to melt in the mouth
Focus on the chocolate molecules sinking into the tongue
Envision and experience the act of becoming one with the Egg and, in turn, the universe
Once in the mouth, the Egg morsel should not be bitten, for this represents greed

The wrapper of the Egg should be carefully removed and saved to construct links of a chain that continually grows, representing the connection and interaction of every living thing in the universe. This chain should be hung at the head of the bed to keep away Chicken Spirits.

This is the true path to enlightenment.
