Thanks for your kind comments! I love old cemeteries. Yes, they are sad, but they are also windows to the past where, if you care to look, names, lives and stories can come back to life for a fleeting moment. They are links to the past and the future. It's sad when they fall into disrepair, but nothing lasts forever! The stories and decay cause me to rethink the ideas of time and human importance. What magnificent, wonderful creatures we are! But at the same time, we are small, fleeting, insignificant!

Rain, falling in lines from the tiles of your roof...a visual pleasure, but also a treat to hear, smell, touch! I love the sound of the rain on the metal roof of our porch.
