shallow water plate which surrounds the base of the Museum of Contemporary Art ( MAC ) .
during day time , any breeze blowing on this water surface, acts as a ''cooling device" for the environment;
if there's no wind,the water plate turns into a mirror for the Museum itself;
at night, the Museum walls become the mirror for the dancing water reflections.
espelho d'água sob o MAC, que age como refrigeração de ambiente quando sopra a brisa durante o dia;
se não há vento, ele se torna o espelho que reflete o museu;´
à noite, é a vez do Museu refletir a luz dançarina das águas, com ou sem vento.
