neighbourhood # 3

this was about last November, at our neighbour and great friend Formaggini;
she is the one standing by the fire at her Indian baptism which took place in her own garden with some close friends present for the event;
the Funi-o Indian Thini-a and his family were much helped by Mariza and he loves her a lot as we all do;
he goes back to his native group from time to time, and last year he took along a necklace Mariza is always with ( with her permission )and brought it back to her, blessed by the old of his tribe, which brings ones protection and blessings;
this baptism is her dressing with the blessed necklace , in an indian ceremony circled by Mariza's family and friends;
she was blessed also with an indian name which has a long story and i'll let you know another day ;
she herself is Italian-Portuguese descend but has some lost in time indian blood;
the baptism ceremony was very intense, beautiful and unique, and lasted nearly 1hour , but could have lasted all night and it would be ok, it was simply magic.
