it's wild isn't it
everywhere you go
it's more about the photo-op than the place itself

sometimes it makes it impossible to take pictures at all,
like at the big halloween parade in NY
everyone is in these absolutely fabulous costumes
but they are either taking a picture
or on a cell phone
it kind of takes away a bit of the magic

yes, nice shot! backlight and yellow lines add to the drama, and you constantly wonder what his subject looks like. funny how the photographer becomes the subject. and sometimes it's best to just leave your camera in the bag and enjoy the moment! those are footprints in the snow, perhaps a cat. i have to shoot quickly before my dog comes along and spoils the snow with her own footprints.
