Hi I'm Jaia William Khamsi Wilson, i was born on August 31st 2004 at 8:53 am, i was born in Richmond California.

i was a little over due and so we went and had accupunture and herbal tea to bring on the labor and my grandma hida jun arrived on sunday so i knew then i could start my journey into the world.
my mama's labor lasted about 30 hours, we stayed home, just daddy and hida jun helping my mama till the very end actually we stayed home too long according to some, but my mama and daddy are happy we waited and didn't have to sit in a sterile hospital room. so after 2 days of pretty bearable contractions (or uterine surges as we like to call them) my water broke at 7:15 monday morning, and mama wanted to push so with my great Doula, Kara, she told daddy to get India (my down stairs neighbor who happens to be a labor/delivery nurse) Lucky Us! so she came up and the consensus was we weren't going to make it to the pretty hospital we picked out, so my daddy called 911 and the ambulance came and they rushed mama to the nearest hosptial and 25 min. later i arrived in the world with the help of a few great nurses and a midwife from Australia!
how perfect. it was the most beautiful birth, drug free and happy and the most spiritual experience for all of us! we had Divine assistance all the way through and amazing support from Dad, Hida jun, Kara and all my friends and family who we're praying for us and thinking of us.
