Entry for this week's Photo Friday. The theme is "experimental".

On a recent shopping trip, I came across a lava lamp (remember those from the '60s?). I stood there for the longest time watching the way the oil in the lamp formed various weird shapes. So I decided to experiment! I put my camera on macro and put it right up against the glass of the lamp and snapped away. This is my favourite experimental result.
