Hi! Thanks again for the comment. Answering your question about the puffball - I'm not sure I'd call it tasty. The fungus has such a mild flavour that the recipe we used (slice, dip in beaten egg & milk, pass in breadcrumbs, fry in light oil) tasted like fried breadcrumbs ;-)
