Descendo as escadas da Torre dos Filósofos, encontra-se a trilha de João e Maria (Hänsel und Gretel, em alemão), onde se reproduz o conto dos irmãos Grimm. Os versos desse conto popular são pintados em azulejos ao longo da trilha que cruza o bosque.

Going down the stairs of the Philosophers Tower, we find the Track of John and Mary (Hänsel und Gretel, in German), where it was reproduced the story of the Grimm Brothers. The verses of this popular story are painted in glazed tiles to the long one of the track that crosses the grove.
