my worms

so...
i do keep a compost box,
it lives under my kitchen counter.
not all my guests find that amusing,
the ones under 12 usually do.

today i starting planting my garden,
it's on my terrace
(in english that is "fire escape")
so i needed to "harvest" the compost
which basically means getting the worms out.

not a big problem with the large ones
but the babies are TINY
and the eggs smaller still.

i am not sure what it means
when you find yourself obsessing over the psychological
(yes psychological, not physical)
state of your worms

well neene, good luck with your harvesting,
with the terrace garden and I presume that psychologically speaking, the worms will be VERY happy to get some warm sun outside!!
they are moving with their babies to a brand new ground with sun !!! and probably more spacious.
a hug
i'm enjoying your adventure
