i am not going to be able to describe this
the intense sadness & tears
and
the genuine happiness and gratitude
at the same time

but it happened
and it makes it all true
everything i've learned,
gone through,
come to

it's all the same
but
it's completely different

there is an abstracted quality
that i think will allow me to bring more depth to the work

i just can't leave
i can't leave this place for very long
or very often.
