mishka is a bouvier des flanders
they tend to look like bears,
they are working dogs,
(cattle herding, police work, seeing eye, pulling milk carts)
they love children,
they are not really "doggy" dogs
they have a nice sense of independence
it's the only breed my family ever owned
she's the first female.
