this is my new sidewalk
i believe i am the first person to stand on it
no one wrote in it
(i am not sure whether that's a good or a bad thing)

it's a nice little portent
since i am trying to clean the studio
except that it began with jack hammers outside my window at 9 am
(we are talking saturday am)
so there was a price to pay
nothing in life is free
