this house is definitely not going to work
walked out into the back (yard is almost a stretch)
and all you could smell was burgers from the joint next door
(actually kind of a cute, not overly trendy place)
there was a darkroom in the basement...
wait a second, i ripped out my darkroom years ago and sold all my equipment
that's not going to be a plus
