and i spent a long time staring at the ceiling
just trying to reconnect

it's unsettling for me to have strangers in my studio when i am making new work
and it is all over
and it is unresolved

so i have made a curtain that i can hang infront of the shelves where the small paintings dry


it is unsettling for me to have to confront my own questions
to say nothing of someone elses

so maybe i will just attempt to answer them all
