actually, my favorite part of this whole event are the crowds
not the parade itself
it is such a condensed,
intense,
visual experience
of the neighborhood
and to immerse myself in it
informs me so directly
in an experiential way
about where i have moved to

unfortunately i don't shoot "this" aspect
i keep hoping someday i will
but it's never been my strong point
