and in the middle of everything
of not having a minute for anything
my bike lock just freezes
one minute i am picking up art supplies
and the next i have no transportation

i had to leave my bike locked up in the city overnight
which necessitated removing the back wheel so it wouldn't get stolen
and then finding a grinder to remove the lock

it's a REALLY old bike
perfect for the city
but not worth investing a lot of money in
i wasn't about to call someone for $150 to free it
