now i know............this reminds me of an old section of cartagena which is completely derelict and semi-abandoned..............it is located in the east area of the city centre and it is the area where moroccan immigrants live................this area is being demolished little by little (in fact only a few tens of buildings still stand up there) so as to construct cheap-rent buildings for university students.............
