a few weeks ago
a friend,
a photographer,
called and said she was shooting portraits
of artists
in their studios
and would i sit for her?

not my favorite thing in the world,
but i am trying to say yes more,
so we did it,
here she is shooting my boxes of pressed flowers,
i have a feeling
that when it came to me,
she didn't get what she was hoping for,
because she has never sent me any images
